Real food for a tiny appetite. Breakfast to dessert.
The prescription changed your appetite. The recipes didn’t get the memo. Most are written for four hungry people, and you may be one person with the appetite of a polite houseguest.
What’s inside
The Tiny Appetite Kitchen is a 69-page digital cookbook with 50 recipes sized for the appetite you actually have: one or two small servings, protein doing most of the work, and nothing that needs a culinary degree or a free Sunday.
10 each for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and dessert.
So you know what you’re making before you start.
Estimated per serving, so you can see the protein doing the work.
A nine-recipe starter cart, a pantry list, and a master list by store section.
For finding no-cook, freezer-friendly, and meatless recipes fast.
For making it smaller, or storing the rest.
Calories and protein are estimates.
Look inside
A photo, the numbers, the method, and a note on storing the rest. Read it on your phone at the stove, or print the pages you cook from.
Why I made this
I lost 110 pounds on a GLP-1. What nobody warned me about was the kitchen. Every recipe still fed four people, and I was one man with the appetite of a polite houseguest. So I started cooking smaller. Protein first, two bites of joy, and nothing left to throw away. These are the 50 recipes I actually make. Anyway... I hope they make your kitchen a little quieter too.
